Are you looking for a Guitarist?

After studying guitar at music college in London, the early stages of my career were spent as a freelance session guitarist and guitar tutor, as well as being the guitarist in London originals band, Storey.
I’ve played in top arenas and venues in multiple countries, as well as recorded studio guitar parts for hundreds of songs during the last 20 years. The guitar remains my first instrument (and indeed first love!) and I’ve continued to develop my instrumental skills and musicianship alongside my career as a producer and songwriter.

Here's how it works

Step 1: Initial meeting (face-to-face or Zoom)

We begin with a collaborative session to understand your vision, influences, and goals so we can map out the sonic direction and emotional journey of your song.

Step 1: Initial meeting (face-to-face or Zoom)
Step 2: Exchange of ideas / files / demos

You can send anything from rough phone recordings to full demos, and together we refine the concept, structure, and key musical elements that will drive the production.

Step 3: Full arrangement and production

I build a complete, radio-ready arrangement including instrumentation, textures, backing vocals, and featured parts so your song functions like a cohesive, well-oiled pop machine.

Step 3: Full arrangement and production
Step 4: Recording your vocals

We capture your lead vocals in a supportive, creative environment, focusing on performance, tone and emotional delivery to bring the story to life.

Step 4: Recording your vocals
Step 5: Mixing or track delivery

Your project is then professionally mixed for a polished release or I provide fully organised stems if you prefer to work with your own mix or mastering engineer.

What does a producer do?
A producer these days covers a wide range of skills and responsibilities, which can include artist development, co-writing and refining the song together, helping with decision making and song structure.
Then recording and mixing your arrangement, and overall project management, providing useful artistic direction and welcome second opinions. This artist-producer relationship allows you to develop and enjoy the journey as the song, EP or album can grow naturally and logically into the best version possible. This could start from a demo that you’ve recorded at home, a vocal snippet that you’ve captured on your phone or even just some drafted lyrics. But I guarantee you’ll love where it ends up!

A typical timeline might be:

  • Initial meeting (face-to-face or Zoom) to discuss and understand your project and vision.
  • Exchange of ideas / files / demos.
  • I/we produce a complete arrangement including all instrumentation, backing vocals, solos.
  • Recording of your vocals over the arrangement.
  • Professional mixing or forwarding of all tracks for your own mix or mastering engineer.
The cost depends on a wide range of variables. etc etc
